"Who is your biggest supporter/motivator in your weight loss? Do you have anyone around you that tries to sabotage you by "talking" you in to eating the not so good stuff?"
I would have to say that I am my first biggest supporter/motivator. Even though I see gals that are so fit and beautiful I am the one who has to get off my butt and move. My next biggest supporter would be Janel Lamb. She is the one that helped me get started. She is mentor in this. She has done it before and was very successful.
The person that sabotages me would be ME again and then Alan (my hubby). He's a sweetheart by not saying anything about my weight. But he also brings home strawberry/rhubarb pie with whip cream, likes to eat WAY too late and a lot of red meat. Now the last one I can control due to I do the cooking for the family. He just brings in too much temptation for me.
When all is said and done I am ultimately the one who is in charge of me and if I choose to eat the sugary, fattening stuff I will pay for it.
I got this quote from the beautiful Angela at A Work In Progress. You talk about a gal that is inspirational. Go check out her blog.
I'm NOT the same anymore. I'm someone better, stronger, leaner and more powerful than most can understand. My body, life and mind are and will NEVER be same. I'm the girl I always wanted to become and it gets better every day with every breath I breathe." - T
I love this! This is the way I am feeling a little more each day. I am not where I want to be at YET. I will get there though.
I have exercised everyday this past week. I am at the same weight no gain but, no loss either. That's okay.
For this week I will continue with the Body For Life program. With focus on my eating, I am not eating frequent enough so I end up not making the best choices or splurging. I will continue with the workouts. Drinking water, moving and keeping my motivation level at a 10.
I hope everyone else is doing great. Hugs, Bobbi Jo

Good for you for owning your eating habits. Too many people WON'T take responsiblility for what they put in their mouths! You are in a good place!! So sorry to hear how bad your pinkie is, OUCHIE!! It must be hard to be packing up books and moving stuff around with a hand injury! I hope all goes well with your family reorganizing.
Blessings~LillySue
It can be really hard when hubbies bring in the temptation! I had a hard conversation with mine asking him to stop bringing me treats, and he was happy to do that for me. :)
I'm following your blog, and hope we make our goals soon!
Oh my goodness, i just saw this, you are so sweet! I wish i could be a little better beacon of example now instead of just in the past.....lOL oh well we can work on it together, right?? ((HUGS))
I cannot tell you how much I love that you said that YOU were your biggest motivator! I strive to be the same way!
I love that the buck stops with you.
:)
Those hubbies just don't get it sometimes.
