Today I am thankful for memories
The memories I have of growing up, getting married,
having each of my children, memories of the mile stones in their lives and my life
So many memories. Some captured in pictures, some in notes in journals
and some that I just hold
in my mind.
Those memories of the kisses, hugs and sweet words
The smells of certain things can take me back immediately to a time and place
