I Am Rested

Today has been a good day so far. Since Alan and E'lyse went out last night I went to bed at 9:35! Oh it felt good to go to sleep. Then at 10:10 Dallas got home and said he was pulled over again. I though to myself Okay boy your license is getting yanked. He saw the look in my somewhat open eyes and hurried to say," It wasn't my fault this time. The light over the license plate was burnt out!" Whew good thing for him. He would spend the rest of his Junior Year in high school not getting to drive anywhere.
After he said goodnight I went back to sleep. About 10:40 Alan and E'lyse come home. She was so excited and wanted to show me what she bought. She got Chocolate converse sneakers. It was weird because when she said chocolate as she pulled them out of the box I swear I could smell that fake chocolate smell they put on things like lip gloss or scratch & sniff. Hmmmmm maybe subconscious was kicking in or I just have great imagination smell. She also proceeded to show me earrings that Alan bought her. They are the letter E with a pink jewel in them (very cute!) my hubby has great taste in jewelry. They went out for Chinese food, shopping and then to Build A Bear Workshop and she made this great little bear. His name is Tommy. He is unbelievably soft. I love his little mischivious face.
So then I finally got to go to bed once Alan was already for bed. I had a little bit of a hard time going back to sleep but I did. I know now that Alan will need to take the other 2 girls to BABW too.
I have gotten a good bit done today and I am very pleased. Now kiddos are home from school and I need to start dinner.
I wanted to share some sweet picture of Talmage from Tuesday night when Coco, Kyle and Talmage came over for dinner. This is Talmage on top of Faith's stuffed elephant Humphry. He loved it: He had so much fun!
This is Coco & Talmage. Have a great evening. Hugs, Bobbi Jo
