Friday And All Over The Place

My third child and second daughter E'lyse got her school pictures back and I think they turned out really good. She is so pretty. I must apologize for the quality of the picture. My scanner was giving me fits so I took a picture of the picture.

Today is Friday and I don't know why but I am so happy it is. It has been a very busy week. I have gotten a lot accomplished but there is still so much to still be done.
I went in for a EKG earlier this week and got the medical clearance for my surgeries. I am glad that I am able to have these done although I am not looking forward to the recovery or time in the hospital it will be wonderful to have things taken care of.

This morning Gabby and I went grocery shopping. Gabby has done some babysitting and had earned some money. Our conversation at the store went like this.
Gabby : Can I spend my money on something I really want to get?
Me: Probably. What are you wanting to get?
Gabby: I want to buy some toys for my hospital. (Cardon Children"s Medical Center)
Me: Sure if that is what you want to do with it.
She goes to the toys to start shopping I go around the corner with tears in my eyes feeling very proud of her to do that for the other children that have to go there. They have been so good to her every time she has to go in. She also bought her brother, Dallas, a Birthday gift for his Birthday tomorrow.

Tonight we are having Dallas' Birthday dinner. He is having his girlfriend Sara and one of his buddies over too. We are having Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches , beans, salad and self filled cupcakes. Dallas' request , well other than the salad he is not a big veggie fan.

Tomorrow night is the big Arizona Throw Back game. This is a game where all the players who won the World Series in 2001 will come back for a special time at the game. Dallas has always loved baseball and going to the games on every Birthday until last year, due to Gabby going in the hospital that day. Alan, Dallas, Sara, E'lyse & Faith are going to the game. I would love to go being that I am a huge fan of baseball but Gabby didn't want to go so she and I will do something fun at home.

By the way Diamond backs are 7 games ahead of last years champions. Could it be another one for our home team? I hope so!!

So now that I have gone all over the place with this post I will close for now. I need to go get the sandwiches going for dinner. Hope everyone is having a great Friday. Hugs, Bobbi Jo

You're a good momma! You raised a girl who would rather give to others than herself. That's amazing!! :o)
