Thoughts Lately

 My thoughts lately have been so random and all over the map. Sometimes I feel a little crazy with what pops into my mind then out then something completely different hits me.

 This week started out on a good note of exercising on Monday morning. My goals and plan for the week all lined out perfectly (to me). I organized my coupons to put into my new Couponizer 

 This is my Couponizer. It is so cool! It has a place for all coupons even for fast food and such. It is a great way to keep track of  your valuable coupons. If you are going to spend the money on them and take the time to clip them then you should have them organized in a way that is SIMPLE!  This is it.

Monday afternoon I lined out my containers and washed all of my veggies for my weekly lunch meals.

 They have a mixture of organic salad greens, kale, mushrooms, cucumbers, purple onions, cherry tomatoes and 4 oz. of cooked chicken chunks. 

The problem with these is there was no problem with them it was my stomach couldn't handle eating them. So they are in my garage refrigerator keeping crisp for this week.  

 I was thinking that part of my feeling lack luster had to do with not juicing so I decided to make myself a morning pick me up. It was good and it did help for a while. 

 Tuesday morning didn't go so well as I had planned and went down hill from there. I had so much planned to get accomplished and I woke up feeling drained and so tired even after a good night sleep. So now I am recovering from yesterdays sickness. Apparently my body was fighting something I woke up Thursday feeling not so great in the tummy. I will leave out details but turns out Gabby and I spent the day being miserable after getting sick early in the morning. Spent the day sleeping, watching shows off and on and as the day went by I started to feel better.
 Today I woke up and felt better not great mind you but better. I have that kind of hangover sickness feeling. So today I will take it easy other than the cleaning up and getting the guest room ready for our special guest for the weekend. Coco,Kyle and their sweet family are coming down. YEAH!!  So excited I can't wait to see them all.
 Now for the weekend I am planning on enjoying time with the grand babies and family.
Tonight Dallas and Sara are coming over for a cookout and family hang out time. Tomorrow night we are going to our ward's Trunk or Treat. Should be a great weekend and a good way to recharge for the next week. Hugs, Bobbi Jo

A PROCLAMATION TO THE WORLD

The First Presidency and Council of the Twelve Apostles of theChurch of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints

WE, THE FIRST PRESIDENCY and the Council of the Twelve Apostles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, solemnly proclaim that marriage between a man and a woman is ordained of God and that the family is central to the Creator’s plan for the eternal destiny of His children.

ALL HUMAN BEINGS—male and female—are created in the image of God. Each is a beloved spirit son or daughter of heavenly parents, and, as such, each has a divine nature and destiny. Gender is an essential characteristic of individual premortal, mortal, and eternal identity and purpose.

IN THE PREMORTAL REALM, spirit sons and daughters knew and worshipped God as their Eternal Father and accepted His plan by which His children could obtain a physical body and gain earthly experience to progress toward perfection and ultimately realize their divine destiny as heirs of eternal life. The divine plan of happiness enables family relationships to be perpetuated beyond the grave. Sacred ordinances and covenants available in holy temples make it possible for individuals to return to the presence of God and for families to be united eternally.

THE FIRST COMMANDMENT that God gave to Adam and Eve pertained to their potential for parenthood as husband and wife. We declare that God’s commandment for His children to multiply and replenish the earth remains in force. We further declare that God has commanded that the sacred powers of procreation are to be employed only between man and woman, lawfully wedded as husband and wife.

WE DECLARE the means by which mortal life is created to be divinely appointed. We affirm the sanctity of life and of its importance in God’s eternal plan.

HUSBAND AND WIFE have a solemn responsibility to love and care for each other and for their children. “Children are an heritage of the Lord” (Psalm 127:3). Parents have a sacred duty to rear their children in love and righteousness, to provide for their physical and spiritual needs, and to teach them to love and serve one another, observe the commandments of God, and be law-abiding citizens wherever they live. Husbands and wives—mothers and fathers—will be held accountable before God for the discharge of these obligations.

THE FAMILY is ordained of God. Marriage between man and woman is essential to His eternal plan. Children are entitled to birth within the bonds of matrimony, and to be reared by a father and a mother who honor marital vows with complete fidelity. Happiness in family life is most likely to be achieved when founded upon the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ. Successful marriages and families are established and maintained on principles of faith, prayer, repentance, forgiveness, respect, love, compassion, work, and wholesome recreational activities. By divine design, fathers are to preside over their families in love and righteousness and are responsible to provide the necessities of life and protection for their families. Mothers are primarily responsible for the nurture of their children. In these sacred responsibilities, fathers and mothers are obligated to help one another as equal partners. Disability, death, or other circumstances may necessitate individual adaptation. Extended families should lend support when needed.

WE WARN that individuals who violate covenants of chastity, who abuse spouse or offspring, or who fail to fulfill family responsibilities will one day stand accountable before God. Further, we warn that the disintegration of the family will bring upon individuals, communities, and nations the calamities foretold by ancient and modern prophets.

WE CALL UPON responsible citizens and officers of government everywhere to promote those measures designed to maintain and strengthen the family as the fundamental unit of society.

 The Proclamation is so perfect. It lines out what we humans are to do to be good in the eyes of our Heavenly Father. The Father and Mother rules, the rules as a family are all lined out this way we can be truly happy in our lives while here on earth. 

This was not just put out to the LDS religion it was put out to the world to guide us all to be happy.

Missing But In Action

Last week I had left off on day 4. Well I have a very good reason for not posting on my blog. We had company come into town. Coco, Kyle and the kiddos came to visit us. I just had to enjoy the sweet little grand babies while I could. 

So as far as the paper clutter that is a daily thing I work on. I tend to like paper so I have to do a clearing each day. The budget we got on a budget and I will be talking more about that on a later blog. 

Routines I have been working on to get back. With summer it was hard to have a regular routine but not that school is back in it is falling into place nicely.

This was our bedroom on Wednesday night August 22ND. It was Kyle's Birthday so Dallas and Sara came over to celebrate too. Everyone ended up in our bedroom visiting

We had dinner and then Birthday pie for Kyle. While we were talking Dallas(my son), handed me some pictures to look at of he and Sara's mini vacation to California. I went through the first 3 then looked at the 

4Th and it was a picture of a positive pregnancy test.
YES I am going to be a grandmother again from this sweet couple! I was so pleasantly surprised I started crying. What awesome news!

Over then next few days Coco and I did a little shopping and a lot of talking, planning and laughing.

Talmage was crying because he couldn't go hang out with his Dad and Uncle Dallas playing ball so Coco told E'lyse to dress him up.

E'lyse got her scrubs for her EVIT class. 

She is in training while in high school to become a veterinarian assistant.She has 4 classes at the school then goes to the EVIT campus for the rest of the day. She really enjoys the class and as you can see she is enjoying her sweet blue scrubs.

Mother's Day

I had asked for a chicken coop for Mother's Day this year. Since Alan has been busy with work and then having to work on his truck it just wasn't going to happen. Since I have decided to become a minimalist he didn't want to buy me anything that would add clutter and honestly I couldn't think of anything. I thought it was sweet of him to think of this in the first place. I am slowly bringing him over to the DE-CLUTTERED side.

 So he thought what would I like?...... To be with all of my kiddos. So we all met at Woods Canyon Lake (about 2 hours away from our home) and had a wonderful cookout after church.

The last family picture we had was supposedly professional (ha ha) was when Coco was pregnant with Naima. Well she is now 2 but I wanted something right now since we have added our sweet daughter in love , Sara to the family, Naima and now Coco is almost ready to have another daughter Kylia . Coco was sweet enough to set up the timer on her camera for the pictures.
