Gabby is 13

I can't believe that my youngest is 13 years old.

She has grown to be such a beautiful young lady.

Still goofy and a lot of fun.

We are going to have to really keep the boys from our house with our 3 beautiful teenage
daughters now.
Tonight we had Gabby's Birthday Dinner
Per her request we had chicken pockets, corn and Toll House Pie for her cake.
This was as we were getting her pie ready to light the candles.

Veggie Tails

This is the first cucumber from our garden this year.

Gabby took him and wouldn't give him back to me .

Gabby named him Steve and gave him eyes to see.

 They became good friends 

 Then this guy showed up on our kitchen counter top.

I think Veggie Tales has invaded our home!

A Fort And The Alien Arm

On Sunday night Gabby made this cool fort. She got the idea on where else PINTEREST!

 The most dangerous site on the internet. 

The fort is made with a large fan at the end then you tuck a light blanket (or in this case a sheet)

under a mattress and when you turn the fan on you can have an instant fort. 

Gabby didn't pick the best time to do this. The cold weather just hit Arizona this weekend so, she said it was a little cold but she liked it. 

You can't see her but she is in there.

 Some times I am not sure why Gabby does the things she does but she comes in with her arm painted. 

She looked like she had an alien arm.

This picture goes back to the beginning of summer this year.
Gabby and I went to get some items at the store. Gabby wanted a snorkel for swimming. 

She wore it in the car on the way home. She kept looking at people in cars next to us and waving to them.

She is such a goofball.

Gabby Turns 12

This is from and early post that didn't make it on time. Gabby got sick the night of her Birthday so there wasn't further pictures. 

Tuesday (Sept.19th) night Gabby had her interview with the Bishop. She is now officially in the Beehives Young Women's program in our church. 

Gabby turned 12 on Wednesday. 

Tuesday night she got to go to the youth night called Mutual in our church. She has been counting down to this day. She got home from mutual and about 9:30 there was a knock on the door. 

 Our porch had been attacked by bees and a Birthday Certificate for Gabby

 Aren't they cute!

Every once in a while I take pictures then I don't make blog posts about them so what is a girl to do with them well you do a post on picture download ( I think I got this idea from Coco) so thank you Coco! 

This is Faith (July 2012) when she was freshly home from 4 days at girls camp this year. 

One of  the Young Woman leaders made the girls these cute headbands.

The girls had so much fun. Next year all three girls will be at camp. That will be odd! 

 I was at Wally World making copies of pictures for our entry way a while back 

I look up and there is this Creeper staring at me!!! Just kidding it is Gabby, just being Gabby.

 This is when she saw the camera pointed at her.

When Coco was down the last time we went to Target to do a little shopping. 

I look over at Coco and she is wearing this amazing Spider Man mask. 

Love it, it is SPIDY COCO!

I keep a hula hoop in my room to use when I get the urge. 

Gabby came in and was whipping it around on her neck

 My first Sunflower I have ever grown. Unfortunately it didn't do to well after a while and started dying off but now down around the bottom of it there are a good 12 mini Sunflowers all yellow and pretty growing. Crazy!  

My squash, pumpkins and cucumbers got attacked by STUPID squash bugs and killed them all off. 

I was so bummed they had been doing so good. Oh well maybe next year.

Growning Up Too Fast

 Gabby just got her student ID today and she has grown up way too fast

And then there is this. She must have had too much time on her hands

 She is a nut. 

I am so glad she is doing well back in public school and enjoying it.

Faith For Vice President

Faith came home from school a few weeks ago and said that she wanted to run for Vice President of her school. So she has been working very hard on her campaign posters, getting the word out to people that she is running and her speech.

I think she looks very pretty, confident and ready to be Vice President

This is Friday morning before school.
Faith was giving her speech and she was ready to get this done.

 I didn't go to see her as she gave her speech (honestly I don't think she wanted me there because I told her to let me know what time earlier in the week but she didn't) I am not upset I totally understand I probably would have made her nervous.  

So I told Faith and Gabby to stand together and I would get a picture of them well when one girls face would be good the other was being goofy. 

So this is what we ended up with.

 Silly girls.

Since it is a long weekend we have to wait till Tuesday to find out if she won. 

It really isn't fare to let the kiddos know at school as they announce it on the intercom and then that awkward moment when you didn't win. Just saying I would do it much different. But I will be sure to let you know the results.

Some Nights Dance Fun

 and then all of the sudden a wild dance broke out right there in my room.! Faith was lip singing to the song Gabby was jamin in the back then they both broke into a wondrous dance

Great way to start out the morning before leaving for school.
