Whatch Working on Wednesday

I am posting this a little late. Hubby and I had brunch together and I must admit I love having him around here lately.  I have already done 4 loads of wash, cleaned up house and made blackberry sugarfree freezer jam for hubby since he is diabetic.
I am going to make some strawberry syrup to have for crepes, waffles or pancakes. I have also been working on moving things around from my craft room to make it our office. Oh boy so many crafts and now I need to fit them in a smaller space. This will be a fun challenge.
I am also doing research on business names and business information. Along with the other home blessings that have to be done throughout the day.
Last night as I was putting the little girls to bed I realized that the kiddos only have about 2 weeks left of school. This school year has gone by so fast. I need to start working on plans for fun things for us to do this summer that will be fun and free or little cost. I got the new Family Fun Magazine and they have some fun ideas. So this is one more thing I will be working on throughout the day.
Hope everyone is having a great day I would love to hear what you are all up to today or ideas for the summer. Hugs, Bobbi Jo

You could always come up here for a weekend when the cabin is free! :)

please do share the recipe for the sugar free jam! I only make jam with agave but would love another recipe!

Also, please share any great ideas you get from the family fun magazine! I could use more ideas!

ok, you are just way too productive. I am going to need you to stop, so I don't look so bad. I have never made freezer jam. How easy is it and what's the difference besides not having to boil water.

The jam sounds great!

I am a planner and cannot wait until summer.
I always sit down and make a list of things to do all summer and try to plan certain weeks for big activities that I can invite friends too. The more the merrier!

Summer is coming fast, isn't it? I have a few more weeks than you (probably a month of school to go) but I can't believe it!

I did get your comment about your brother coming to town and visiting your old house. I meant to comment back to you and I guess it got lost in my brain amongst the other thoughts...sorry! Jeremy, and I believe my Gran, both said that your old house is used as a camp. I don't go across that road a whole lot but I don't think I have ever seen anyone there when I have. They must not use it much and if nobody takes care of it, that's why it's in bad shape. Unfortunately around here it seems many people don't realize that you have to do things to your houses to maintain and keep them in good shape. I'm not saying everyone, but there are people (my neighbor's included) that just don't get it. Of course, it makes our little trailer and yard look like a million bucks :)

Have a great day!
