Check In Monday

This weekend has been a busy one. Alan was out of town from Wednesday until Saturday. So I played single mommy and all went well. On Saturday Coco, Baby Peanut, Kyle and Talmage came down. Kyle has a fitness test for the Mesa Police Department this morning. Please keep him in your prayers. Being selfish I would love to have them move back down here! Sunday was church. After church, Kyle the best son-in-love, set up my 12 ft. Christmas tree. Coco has always helped to decorate but won't be here for Thanksgiving to help this year so she has been wanting to get the first tree up. We got it up and the girls and I decorated it. I must add that Kyle did come and help put on the ribbon and the angle. I think it turned out beautiful! I will set up the rest of the trees and decorations the weekend of Thanksgiving.

I still need to get the skirt on it but I think it turned out beautiful. I just love Christmas trees.

Checking in on my healthy body:
One of the things that I think is helping me is keeping positive. I have using visualizing myself at a much lower weight and tighter smaller body. This along with the HCG, P90X and cardio is making a difference in my mental and physical attitude and weight + inch loss .
Total of 6 pound loss for the week. I am happy with this I do have to admit I have had a small nibble problem on sweets due to that time of the month. Nonetheless I am happy for the loss! I also have loss 1 inch chest, 1 inch belly, 2 inches waist and a half inch on each calf. This is a total of 6 inches lost. WOO HOO! I am very happy about this. I did miss 2 days of the P90X. One by choice I don't think I would have been able to walk if I had done the one day and my legs just hurt so bad from the plyometrics. Feeling good today and ready for another great week.
Love this quote.
