On Sunday afternoon Coco, Baby Peanut, Kyle and Talmage came down from the white mountains. Kyle had a test on Monday morning. At dinner on Sunday night Coco brought up about going to see the Christmas lights at the Temple. After much going back and fourth of if we should go or not we went. I wanted to share pictures of our outing. If you live in Arizona and have a chance go to the Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints it is beautiful any other time of the year but with the lights it is just magical.

My pink share for today are as follows Steeler's items that I love and would like to have. The Jersey is awesome with my favorite player on it! Then of course shoes PINK ones that I desire always.
And my sweet friend Linda Maurer Hoffman was doing some browsing and thought of me. You gotta love the Pink turkey and I really want this tree.

I think would be precious for Coco's little princess Naima!
That last Pink pair almost made made my heart stop. I am in LOvE with them. I wonder if I am a good girl through December if Santa will bring me a pair? And my sweet friend Linda Maurer Hoffman was doing some browsing and thought of me. You gotta love the Pink turkey and I really want this tree.

Santa Painting, Menu and a Though
Had a good weekend. After church yesterday Coco and I started painting our Santa's. Mine will be going in my entry way. We didn't get to finish them due to the paint taking forever to dry. But I wanted to share a few pictures with you. I had to take Coco out of the photos so she wouldn't post scary pictures of me on her blog.
Santa is in pieces
Body and the arms and then his head.
I am hoping I am able to work on mine today. Coco and her family left this morning so I will put hers away till she is here next time. The Santa is about 3 1/2 ft. tall and simple yet charming.
I am meeting up with my BFF Tracy again. I can't wait for good conversation and laughter with her today.
My menu for this week is using items from my freezer and food storage that needs to be rotated.
Salisbury steak
Green beans
Roll
Crock-pot roasted chicken
Mash taters with gravy
Peas
Dump soup
Bread
Thanksgiving Day Feast
Leftovers from Thanksgiving.
Simple yet will meet the needs of the family.
We are getting to a very busy time of the year so just a reminder take time to do the things you love. Smile at others and try not to lose patients while out running errands. The Holidays can be much more pleasant if we remember to do these things. Hugs, Bobbi Jo

Bad Bad Blogger
I have been a very bad bad blogger. I have been busy this week working on this, that and the other thing. Along with my van being in the shop, running errands and meeting up with friends. I have had a fun time this week but it has gone by WAY to fast.
Coco, Baby Peanut, Kyle and Talmage came in late Thursday night. They will be here until Sunday night. I enjoy my time with them. Lots of laughs and talking.
Tomorrow I will be starting to paint a standing Santa that will go in my entry way. He is about 3 1/2 feet tall and cute. I will post pictures when I am done. I am also planning on working on some Christmas gifts that I can't write about due to someone might read this and find out what they are getting.
Tonight on CMT for those who like Larry the Cable Guy he is having his new Christmas special at 10 pm. I hope I can stay awake to see it. I am use to being in bed fairly early due to getting up at 4. We will see, maybe I will tape it instead.
I hope everyone is having a good Friday. I will be posting for Pink Saturday so come back tomorrow and check it out. Hugs, Bobbi Jo

Check In Monday
This weekend has been a busy one. Alan was out of town from Wednesday until Saturday. So I played single mommy and all went well. On Saturday Coco, Baby Peanut, Kyle and Talmage came down. Kyle has a fitness test for the Mesa Police Department this morning. Please keep him in your prayers. Being selfish I would love to have them move back down here! Sunday was church. After church, Kyle the best son-in-love, set up my 12 ft. Christmas tree. Coco has always helped to decorate but won't be here for Thanksgiving to help this year so she has been wanting to get the first tree up. We got it up and the girls and I decorated it. I must add that Kyle did come and help put on the ribbon and the angle. I think it turned out beautiful! I will set up the rest of the trees and decorations the weekend of Thanksgiving.
E'lyse fluffing the branches
and
I still need to get the skirt on it but I think it turned out beautiful. I just love Christmas trees.
Checking in on my healthy body:
One of the things that I think is helping me is keeping positive. I have using visualizing myself at a much lower weight and tighter smaller body. This along with the HCG, P90X and cardio is making a difference in my mental and physical attitude and weight + inch loss .
Total of 6 pound loss for the week. I am happy with this I do have to admit I have had a small nibble problem on sweets due to that time of the month. Nonetheless I am happy for the loss! I also have loss 1 inch chest, 1 inch belly, 2 inches waist and a half inch on each calf. This is a total of 6 inches lost. WOO HOO! I am very happy about this. I did miss 2 days of the P90X. One by choice I don't think I would have been able to walk if I had done the one day and my legs just hurt so bad from the plyometrics. Feeling good today and ready for another great week.
Love this quote.

Winter Wonderland
Yesterday my little girls came to my bedroom door when I was working out and asked if I could come over to their room in about 20 min. I said okay. So 20 minutes later I go to their room they had created a winter wonderland with Christmas music (Sleigh Bells) playing . They put my fuzzy scarf around my neck and turned on the ceiling fan saying how cold it was and all these little fuzzy white balls come down. I had to take pictures to share. They know how much I love the winter weather, snow and Christmas.
They made a fire on their window with little stockings. This goes back to my child hood. The house we lived in when I was growing up didn't have a fireplace so I would color papers to make a brick fireplace and a fire. Tape them on the wall in my bedroom.
Santa's feet coming down the chimney
My girls with little snowballs in their mouths
Faith Gabby
This was too funny!
These are the decorations they made for their room:
Faith's tree Gabby's tree and
Faith penguin
I just love all the surprises my kiddos come up with to make me smile. Thank you girls I love you!
Hope everyone is having a great day! Hugs, Bobbi Jo

Catch Up
Had a great weekend with Coco, Baby Peanut, Kyle and Talmage here with us. I love having them around and Talmage just cracks me up, he is so dang cute and sweet. They left to go back up to the White Mountains early Monday morning. So the house was quiet after the girls all left for school and kind of an empty feeling.
Just to fill in on the weekend. We spent a lot of time running around, a lot of talking and laughing. We had a great f
Family Home Evening on Sunday night playing Apples To Apples.
Monday I had errands to run and then spent the rest of the day finishing up chores. After school the two youngest come home with sore throats. So last night was to bed early for them. I waited till the Steeler's game was over to go to bed. They won by the way so I was a happy camper.
My plan was to start the P90X on Monday but having chills and feeling a little under the weather so I am putting it off till I am feeling better. Just eating clean and feeling good.
Hope everyone is have a great day. Mine is going good so far. Hugs, Bobbi Jo

Things I Have Worked On
It's a beautiful day here in Arizona. I wanted to share a few of the projects that I had been working on or I am currently working on.
First off though I wanted to say thank you to whoever it was that Booed us with this beautiful and delicious plate of cookies the other week. We enjoyed them!
This is a mini photo album I made for Halloween for this year. I need to print off the pictures to place them but I think the book turned out cute. and a couple of pages from the inside and Can't wait to get the pictures in it.
The next is a photo album I made for my Thanks Giving Thankful mini album
It started as this I modge podged the paper to the chip board and filed it off. This is the front and then what I have done so far I will be filling this throughout the month.
The next is a album I started last year and put to the side for this year. It is the countdown to Christmas.
Then I covered with modge podge and paper to look like this I will be putting something on each day to do for the day by day countdown to Christmas day.
The next is our headboard. I will leave these on till the day after Thanksgiving then the Christmas ones will go on. I just love the ambiance of these
The next is just the sweetest little guy in the world. The last time Coco and her family were down to visit Talmage sat in his little toy box to watch TV with his blanket and Kit Kat . I love this little guy so much!
Have a wonderful day. Hugs, Bobbi Jo
