Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday was odd this year. This was the first year of not doing Easter baskets.

I honestly didn't even get the house decorated for Easter either. 

I have been trying to improve the eating habits for the family not just me so I decided that we 

didn't need the junk in our house or our bodies. 

We went to church. The lessons were wonderful.

We came home and just relaxed. I made a Easter dinner and the family enjoyed having out.

I forgot to get a picture of the girls before they got changed after church 

so these have to do

 These girls are so much fun. 

Earlier in the week the girls, Dallas and I went shopping at Fry's.

One of the workers always dresses up for the holidays.

The girls had gone over and the rabbit waved to Gabby then got up and started hoping towards her,

she screamed and ran from him.

A little later I was trying to get the girls to get their picture taken with him but 

they wouldn't so Dallas and I did.

(I am such a kid at heart)

Still not sure why but we were laughing pretty hard at her

Library Visit

As you might have guessed I am one of those annoying people 

who like to take pictures in most places. 

Faith, Gabby and I went to the library

Up until recently Gabby hasn't had a love for reading so I am more than happy to visit the library with her.

Faith is much like me and loves to read several books at a time.

Just To Let You Know

This coming weekend is the General Conference for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints 

I will taking a media fast all this week to prepare for this.

This means no blogging for me, no FB, Twitter, tumbler or social networking.

I still have a bunch to catch up on from before but it will have to wait.

Stroller Lift

 When Coco and the kiddos were here visiting we went out to take a walk 

as I opened up the garage the stroller went with it. 

Naima wasn't sure what to think of it at first

Then she thought it was funny

 It just didn't want to come off of the door. 

Easy entertainment for those of us who don't have cable. (he he )

Workout In The Gym Garage

I am working on changing an area in our garage into a gym.

When Coco was here with her kiddos we started doing some serious walking daily

E'lyse decided to start a regular workout routine

Talmage came out to join in with E'lyse

 Hope I can do this

 I think I will just eat the weight instead of lifting it is funner

E'lyse Turns 17

As I was thinking I really need to update my blog I started to go through pictures and boy and I behind.

I am also missing pictures from Faith's Birthday. This makes me sad. Still searching for them. 

The morning of E'lyse's Birthday this is what we found on the front door. 

The Laurels in our ward came over and decorated the door for her special day.
